熊家村、文峰还建小区，文峰还建小学属新火车站配套工程项目之一，其中熊家村还建房建筑面积3.6万m2，总投资3273万元，2009年5月开工，2010年5月竣工，6月23日全部分配完毕，应分配287套，实际分配286套。
文峰还建小区建筑面积3万m2，总投资3100万元，于2009年8月开工，计划2010年7月竣工。
文峰还建小学建筑面积3600 m2，总投资600万元，2009年9月开工，2010年6月竣工并投入使用。
