近日湖北盛晶地产开发有限公司以3.6亿元的价格拿下青年路66号随州市G(2009)36号国有建设用地。这块地处在随州城区核心位置上，是棉纺厂的旧址。
土地使用年限为：其他普通商品住房用地70年; 其他商服用地40年。
合同: 2011-5-25
约定竣工时间: 2012-5-25。
该地块面积为123594平方米，土地综合均价达到2912.76元/㎡,土地成交价及综合均价均创下随州市区最高。
