[b]新京报7月15日报道[/b] 汽车以旧换新出台细致流程。昨日，财政部会同商务部、发改委等10部委，联合印发了《汽车以旧换新实施办法》，规定以旧换新的报废车型可享受3000-6000元不等的补贴。
[b]下月10日起可申请补贴[/b]
该办法就汽车以旧换新补贴范围及标准、申请流程、补贴资金审核、监督管理等方面做了具体规定，即日起执行。
按照规定，在2009年6月1日至2010年5月31日期间，报废使用不到8年的老旧微型载货车、老旧中型出租载客车，使用不到12年的老旧中、轻型载货车
