新建住宅销售价格同比上涨15.1%,涨幅比4月份缩小0.3个百分点;环比上涨0.4%,涨幅比4月份缩小1.0个百分点。
分类型看,与去年同月相比,经济适用房销售价格上涨1.4%;商品住宅销售价格上涨16.9%,其中普通住宅销售价格上涨16.3%,高档住宅销售价格上涨19.1%。与上月相比,经济适用房销售价格上涨0.1%;商品住宅销售价格上涨0.4%,其中普通住宅销售价格上涨0.5%,高档住宅销售价格上涨0.2%。
