近日，随县国土资源局交易中心成功拍卖两宗国有土地。总面积7848.45平方米，起始价207万元，经过69轮举牌竞价，最终以655万元成功拍卖，增价448万元，平均增幅率达216.4%。其中随县G（2010）8号地块即厉山镇农贸市场，面积5929.95平方米，起始价106万元，拍卖450万元，增价344万元，增幅率324.5%。
