来自《综艺》的消息，《哈利·波特与混血王子》北美零点优先场即卷走2220万美元，击败去年《蝙蝠侠前传2：黑暗骑士》( The Dark Knight )的1850万美元和《星球大战前传3：西斯的反击》(Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith )的1690万美元，创下影史票房纪录！这个数字也远远超过年度票房冠军《变形金刚2》（看专业影评）( Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen )的1600万午夜场票房成绩。
