和NEC先前推出的液晶相比，EA222WMe功耗降低52%，重量减轻25%，热辐射降低61%，外部包装材料也少用了15%，它还设置了一键环保按钮，环保模式下节能效果更加出色。
EA222WMe可支持1680 X 1050分辨率，最大亮度250流明，动态对比度30000：1，110mm高度调整，可倾斜、旋转，内置扬声器，配备D-Sub、DVI、DisplayPort和USB接口。
该显示器分为黑、白两种外观颜色，提供三年质保。
